"Most unprofessional doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Confirmed my Friday appointment Monday of the same week via phone call and when I arrived I was told the doctor wasn’t there. The receptionist said “didn’t you get a call“ and I replied “yes to confirm the appointment not that the doctor wasn’t going to be here”. The next available appointment they offered was in January. Totally unacceptable and a waste of my time. Clearly this place is unorganized so if you’re looking for quality care I’d go somewhere else because they can’t even book appointments correctly."
"The worst doctor's office I've ever gone to. Aside from the fact I've had 4 different doctors in 4 years, everything they do is a mess. I was once charged $70 for "behavioral change- smoking cessation" because the doctor asked if I smoked cigarettes and then had a short conversation about how it's bad, and tried to charge me $70 until I threatened a chargeback and a new office. I used to get my prescriptions on paper, take them to my pharmacy, and get them filled, correctly, every time. Now they've insisted they will not write me paper prescriptions, and they have to call them in. The last time it was the day before my fill date and I called. Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, it's not there. Call the doctor's office and am told it takes 24-48 hours to fill, which would have been great to know so I could call 2 days ahead of time to be safe. Today, oh what the heck, I'll call 3 days before just so I don't run out. They tell me it will take 24-48 hours from Monday because July 4th is this Saturday and they're observing it on July 3rd. No supervisor to speak with, and the one person working says they just simply can't call it in. I'm not asking them for an in person appointment, mind you. This is a PHONE CALL. So here I am, calling 3 days early, and still getting my medication 2 days late again. I will NEVER be back to this office and based on your reviews on Google, you should really teach someone the art of customer service in that building because there's none to be found."
"Worst doctor's office I have ever been in. Front desk staff was nice but Dr. Costa is a turd. Quote: "I'm not even sure why you are here" ... after telling him I was seeking a new doctor for continued care. Belittling and discounted everything that my former doctor of 7 years had done... without even requesting lab work! Don't bother doing any research before you come or asserting the slightest bit of knowledge about your condition because he will call you an internet doctor."
"Never met Dr Costa once in 2 years, only the P.A. I would have thought a least once on the first visit. I terminated their services after they sent my blood work order to the wrong lab twice. Apparently they didn't make a note in my file after the first occasion. Then tried to blame me for going to the wrong location witch BTW I've never been to. The P.A. was good but the office staff not so good. Marvin W"
"With the medical industry in high demand of employees and doctors/nurses to keep up with the huge influx of treating new and existing patients. I give my sincerest thanks and condolences to Roper and it's staff in trying to maintain the utmost quality of treatment for everyone. I have had NO problems at this practice."
