"This place is horrible I just want there to change my check, I signed it in front of the cashier, no one have on a name tag. They both speaking in Spanish while I was asking why I can’t get my check change there even if my check did not expire. Cause she just told after I signed it that they can’t change it because it expired. I left went to 4 different bank another check cashing only for them to tell me it is not expired. The next check cashing cannot change it because I already signed it and due to this being a Wells Fargo check the banks can’t cash it without me having an account with them which I don’t. So I went back telling her that it’s still valid she, say that they can’t change it still I ask how much days will be valid for them to change a check they say 10 day’s. So I asked why they don’t have a statement that says that policy and have a sign that states that you should not sign a check until you see the teller. That the policy for them and they don’t have to say anything about it because that the manager policy and that the bank tellers should not say anything about how long a check can be changed cause this is there Business and they have there own policy. Now she already on top of her voice while the next teller is speaking to her in Spanish. So I said she could have told me not to sign while I was in front of he because I open the check right in front of her the next one go say oh she doesn’t have to cause I should’ve just give it to her first. I said ok this bank is not anywhere near me and no other check cashing will take it because I signed it already. She go say oh well that’s your problem. This was my only check I am not working and this was to get gift for my family Christmas gift. But oh well it’s my problem. I learned a lesson today that I am very kind because all I was thinking was what my mother always say not to wish bad for others. Now i will just go to a blood bank and donate, so i can at least get $60. While I see ways to get to a Wells Fargo bank when there is none in Brooklyn. I can’t mobile deposit due to me not having access to that cause I don’t have a regular bank account with direct deposit set up with them."
"The most unprofessional establishment they workers just do what they want open whenever they feel like it close whenever they feel like it regardless of what time is posted on the website or the time they have snickered to their window. If your supposed to open at 8am then you finally come open the doors at 8:15am you should acknowledge the customers waiting outside and apologized for the inconvenience not just walk away like everything is normal."
"Teller told me I don’t live at my own address no matter how many bills I showed; lazy and ghetto. If you close at 8 you still have to work at 7:10 believe it or not."
"The worst check cashing ever dont go there"
