"Hi there. I went into this location this morning around 9:30 A.M. There was 1 cashier sitting behind the window at this time. The cashier was a woman with an olive complexion. She could've been Hispanic, I'm not too sure. She had dark brown or black hair that reached the top of her shoulders. Below are a few main details of the interaction. The cashier was trying to multitask with customers instead of focusing on one customer at a time. Instead of the cashier focusing on the man at the window, she was concerned over the coin machine's receipt. Basically, the coin machine produced a long tallied receipt when it stopped and it's the store's receipt. I clearly stated to her that I will give her the receipt that the coin machine produced once I'm on line as I was in the middle of wrapping things up at the coin machine. Literally, I had to ask this cashier to focus on the man at the window instead of bothering with me. I was clearly not going anywhere and I had to go on line anyway to receive the money from my personal receipt after my batch of coins processed. The point to all of this is that she caught an attitude with me and began asking me, "are you OK, are you OK?" She was trying to make me look angry or upset when I was neither. And, I let her know that I was indeed OK. I was simply trying to sort out a simple task that she now complicated with her poor Customer Service. I think she was annoyed by my assertiveness, I'm really not sure nor do I care but I do care about Customer Service. Hopefully, the owner of this store has a clear conversation with his or her worker about the expectations of Customer Service. And why was your worker intentionally trying to start an argument with a Customer over nothing. If anything, she should've known how to regroup, refocus, and diffuse any potential underlying tension, not making the interaction worse. Perhaps this young woman needs to work during less interactive business hours. I hate writing reviews of this nature but unfortunately, I had to as this interaction did not sit right with me or my Mom after we left the store. Also, I left a message of concern to the Regional Manager about this store's customer experience."
"Very clean. Very nice staff. It's on the corner. Its small compared to others and sometimes there is a line and long wait but it moves fairly quickly. They just about do everything there.. It's accessible by bus B1/B4/B3 or by walking like I do."
