"I was SUPER nervous to get my first loan ever but she took the time with me to go over every single option and it was beyond amazing. Will continue to keep using this company forever! No surprises, miscommunications or pressure! It was great!"
"Customer service workers are scum. When asked to be removed from the list they respond that it's not important to them."
"I’d be cautious if you want to work with a company that learns from its daily errors and respects you for your requests. I admit I was naive when I first went to their website looking for information for a school project on how business funding works. I thought I would be put on an email list that I could unsubscribe from in the future. I admit I should have known to go elsewhere if they wanted more from me than an email. That being said.. If I could put less I would. While I haven’t done business with the company before in a way most would to consider(I don’t own a business that needs funding) I will say the tactics are horrible. 6 year later, 100s of calls and more recently text messages for the Alias I made up, “Billy Jean”(I’m shocked that there are actually people named that). Several times monthly if not weekly and each time I have asked to be removed.... none will respond about any effort in this way and none will give me a legitimate response as to why they can’t take me off. Ps even if there is a legit reason to keep me on or why they can’t take me off, they should find a way so they don’t waste time. I get it, in business, the larger the network-the larger the net worth. Me putting in my information has made me a part of their network. However, if time is money-then your time should be spent on qualified candidates for your product. Not the guy who keeps telling you for over 6 years to forget the number because he is trying to help you understand that he can not and will not be a qualified buyer. Also, showing how desperately you waste time by calling bad or non-existent candidates (as I have informed you many times) just goes to highlight your bad techniques, pressing me to discourage your company from my potential network because you are not showing competency of a group that is learning from error of wasted time and effort. If alll those calls and texts over the past 6 years would have been spent towards other candidates who could have partnered with you, you might have more business coming in and more positive reviews. But sadly, you choose to keep contacting me just to waste time. From now on, I will respectfully waste your companies time each time I am contacted. Think James Vietch if you want an idea.... this will force you to further get the point of not spending time on the wrong person as it will inevitably hold you up from your goal. I would leave contact info but you already have it, and even if you did reach out, I’m not convinced it would be for the right reasons."
