I spoke with the PA and was very pleased to hear that I didn’t need surgery. I can’t think of a single thing that I was unhappy with. Post Covid is hard to get proper medical treatment and I think this office hits all the right points."

"I just came back for a follow up visit for my broken ankle which was treated by Trident Orthopedic Specialists in early April. I am now able to walk again on both feet—but what made this experience truly a beautiful experience for me is how well I was taken care of by Dr. Haley Merrill’s team there. I felt absolutely supported the whole way. At first I was given X-rays, in which I was told to stand on my broken ankle just temporarily so that they could determine if I needed surgery. I was afraid of this, since standing on it was very painful, but they helped me with it in a way that made it almost a breeze. It was determined that I needed surgery for my ankle, a few days after the incident really took place. One of the nurses (I think), Mason, who assisted Dr. Merrill, did the surgery in such a way that a lot of the pain away very quickly. It all went very smoothly. It almost made breaking my ankle enjoyable and memorable, lol! There was definitely a lot of positive energy there. I recommend this place for anyone —they made the whole process of getting this fixed appear very simple. And for me, from a patient’s perspective, this was one of things I appreciated the most. It was very helpful for my mind to process an event that was traumatizing like this in a comfortable, relaxed and supportive way, which actually was just as healing for me as the physical treatment itself. They made it appear so simple, yet whatever training they had to deliver that simple treatment was most effective and efficient. And that to me is masterful medical care—like when you watch an athlete or musician make something very challenging look easy. Thank you to all of you and whoever reads this, please share with the whole team that treated me. It is very beneficial for me to have this memory be a part of this experience for how I look back on this event, something that I had never experienced in my life, because that is going to stay with me. Just like they had to offset the bone, the memory of this experience has certainly offset the worst of it, and that will help me have peace in all the days to come whenever the memory of breaking my ankle crosses my mind. That is a true gift."

Throughout the recovery process they have been available to answer questions, work through setbacks and keep me on the road to recovery. The greater office staff has been helpful and kind at each follow up as well."

"I'm currently undergoing some aftercare for a broken foot and was recommended by the ER to come here. The staff are really helpful and friendly here! Feel very welcome and comfortable as well as any concerns I have are easily addressed. Only minor issue I've ran into is finding where their office will be week to week as they are upgrading to a new facility which is out of their control, but as someone who crutches it sure was a pain gimping around trying to find the place!! Glad I came here though definitely recommend"

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice. I've been seen by Dr. Gottlich and Dr. Connor and my daughter by Dr. Richter ( who is wonderful with children!)....fantastic office! The front office girls made me feel comfortable about taking my time with the paperwork. The medical assistants were very thorough with my history. The x-ray technologist is quick and accurate. And the doctors have been wonderful!! Very kind and compassionate! They are sometimes quite busy, so I've had to wait. But I know when I get back to the room, the doctor will take his time with me, just as he has with the previous patients! So be patient when it's busy...the experience is totally worth it!"
