"I went to this place around 5:00pm to cash a check , following the instructions that another employee gave me on Saturday 10/07/2023 afternoon. I proceed to explain the young lady name (MARILUS ) that I have the number of the company to call. I told her I call earlier but they told me WU need to call. She’s was very rude, interrupted me multiple times by saying “Closed”. I told her not is not . So while she’s making it seem that she’s calling and no answers I called from my cellphone and the insurance company picked up the phone . I proceed to do the verification on my own which I did not have any problem because it was easy. After the verification was done , I hung up the call. Then she says “ I need the name of the person that you spoke to” . I called again to ask for the name . Then MARILUS says “Okay I can see the verification” she took the photo , she’s telling me to wait a minute I said okay . After waiting she’s telling me , that system is asking for her to make a call, but she can’t because it’s closed. Ridiculous! I guest Payomatic / WU hires anybody because the girl deserve to be working in the back where she don’t have to deal with people neither customer having to deal with Unprofessionalism and Nasty Attitude."

"So many years of bad posts, and although the owner answered.. He has STILL done nothing to better this business. One cashier 90% of the time with the place looking like it did when I was a young boy (and I'm 55)."
