"Dr. Wu, while being nice to me, should work on her English as I could not clearly understand her. Also, her relationship with the staff needs some work. She complained about her ataff to me and, while I found it entertaining, these were things I didn’t need to know. The whole experience was exhausting because I had to keep doing the eye exam because of our language barrier. She did find something wrong with me that I will be checking out to see if she is correct. Hopefully that will have me come back and update this review. She saw my finance’ as well and he COULD NOT understand her at all. Curious to see if his prescription is right. She is a nice lady but she needs to learn not to share her thoughts on her staff. ****Update**** I have a small thing wrong but no reason to keep me from getting a new prescription as was done before. The doctor is great and has continued to check on me though. I think they need to revamp how they perform an eye exam."

"I was extremely pleased with my exam. Dr. Wu was extremely patient with me throughout the examination. She kept digging with she found a problem that I was suspecting for a long times that others missed. Her staff was extremely helpful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Additionally I like that fact that they had all the latest automated technology that took a lot of the guesswork out of the evaluation."

"Dr. Wu was great! She did some follow-up to make sure I was alright from red-eyes. Dr. Aria was great also. Unfortunately, there was a young lady hair dyed (red) who was rude and weird! Interrupted me and another patient conversation! She wasn't courteous to simply greet the 2-3 times I went there. I honestly don't think she has the appropriate customer service! I hope management puts her on noticed.There was an older lady who was also weird and rude by not greeting and basically walking up and down doing nothing. This lady, i think, works at lens crafters. Everyone else greeted me."

"It was easy and the Dr. Was very nice and thoroughly explained all details and I felt relaxed and understanding of everything. The Ladies out front were equally as helpful in explaining in detail all that I needed to know in picking the best frames for me. They even were friendly and nice in answering my husbands 900 questions. lol. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I’d like to Thank Them for making it so easy and informative."
