"I had my check up on Wednesday and all seemed well. Woke up Friday morning in incredible pain. Called the office just after 9:00 am. I was promised that a nurse would call as soon as available. I did explain the circumstances and that it could not wait over the weekend until Monday. At 12:15pm I called again but, of course, the office was CLOSED until Monday. I called again at 12:16pm and was transferred to on call physician. again I was promised a return call within 30 minutes. It is now 3:15pm and I am at emergency room for assistance. What is wrong with this practice??? I believe I was quite clear as to my needs each time I spoke with someone providing both the problem and solution. NO ONE CARED!! No one told the truth!! No I won’t be back. I don’t do well with lack of compassion, empathy and truth from any medical facility. I will find another with the qualities that I value."
