"This is my first Google review I've ever written and I hate that it is one so negative but I had to share. For reference I am also a health care provider so I aim to give benefit of the doubt to all providers and practices since healthcare is a trying field and I know most people are doing their best to stay afloat, but my experience with this practice has been astoundingly bad. The provider (Dr. Jian Li) was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Did not listen to any of my subjective history and interrupted me multiple times. I was told from provider that I had many lesions on my lungs and then the provider walked out on me without any further information. As an otherwise healthy 32 year old this is terrifying information to hear. Told me to follow up if I had another symptom flare up which I did however could not get anyone on the phone despite leaving voicemails and many more attempted calls. Ended up driving over to the office near the end of the business day to get help but the provider would not even speak with me. The front office told me to take Advil if in pain. Was told that further imaging was ordered however that was forgotten about by staff. Had issues with a medical code being billed on this first visit that was not performed and I am STILL dealing with getting this straightened out (appointment was Nov '22 and it is now Sept '23). Have spoken now with 2 different managers and just received the same run around CYA sort of message. This office will not call you back even if you leave urgent voicemails. The only person that seemed to care at this practice was the lady at the front office (I believe her name was Tristan) who I believe was doing her best to help. She is the only good thing I have to say about APA Pulmonology. Absolutely unimpressed by this practice as a whole and would not recommend it to anyone. I have now been seen by a new practice in Lexington who has been far superior."

"The desk staff here is wonderful. The ladies all work hard to make your visit pleasurable. Dr. Zotivich is extremely nice. Dr. Sanito is nice as well. However I was put with Dr. Young and he has no bed side manners. He was VERY RUDE and He needs a class on how to treat patients with respect. I'll never go back to see him again."
