"My wife was referred to them after a stroke. Instead of telling someone, ANYONE, they could not perform the tests she needed, they ignored the referral. Completely unprofessional and has wasted weeks of time."

They claimed that never been there before;then they violated federal law with unexpected surprize fees, withheld my glasses prescription demanded cash wrongly claiming insurance would not pay. Left them for another Dr. Got myglasses and my insurance paid for my glasses and prescription at this other Dr.s office. Very unprofessional people especially Dr Poole's Np or Ok a or whatever she is. She needs"

"0 Stars! STAY AWAY FROM PRISMA! You will wait HOURS for your appointments (2 1/2 wait for my last one) and the prices they charge are insane and unjustifiable! Today takes the cake though as I just left the office almost in tears. I dropped off my glasses to get new lenses in Dec 2020 to take advantage of my 2020 benefits - the guy never sat me down to go over any pricing and instead asked me what I wanted. I told him basic frames with anti-reflective coating and then he sent me on my way. Today when I went to pick them up (4:29PM) I was told my balance was $110. I was surprised at the cost and when I tried to enquire about what the breakdown of it was the gentleman was extremely rude. He said he had a dentist appointment at 5 and I just needed to come back another day. When I said I needed to get it done today he became even more frustrated and was rushing me and telling me he didn't have time to go over any of the details because he had to leave. At one point he told me he was just going to put my old lenses back in the frames and I could just go somewhere else (in which case I would lose my 2020 benefit because it's now 2021). There was a lot more back and forth but the point is he was being insanely rude and practically kicking me out 20 minutes before they are supposed to close. I asked if the other lady (Tammie) could help me since he needed to leave because I still had questions and he said no because she had work to do and she can't have any overtime (it was 4:46 PM). She eventually helped me out and explained everything and broke the cost down but I was still so frazzled from the other man that I just wanted to get the heck out of there. They charge $90 for their cheapest frame which is crazy! Had I known their prices when I dropped them off i would have gone somewhere else. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with a Prisma Health business and will never be going back to them."
