"The place closed but still offers to come in for intro classes. Unprofessional."
"This place is permanently shutdown, the owner didn’t bother to take the site down or update any of the automated emails and texts notifications, so when I signed up for the tour and drove 30min to the place, and found its complete vanished, I was pretty upset and disappointed."
"I made an appt on their website to have a tour to see if I wanted to send my son here. I got a confirmation after I set the appt. Then on the day of I got a text message asking to verify my appt. I said yes we are still coming. I showed up and it was closed and there was nothing inside. Then I thought maybe they moved locations, called the number and it's out of service. I'm assuming they're closed forever. Waste of my time."
"STAY AWAY! We registered our daughter for what was supposed to be an educational summer camp here. The first day they could not get the software to work and basically let the kids play video games and watch Youtube videos all day. Some of videos that were playing on the big screen had violent content that we don't let our daughter watch at home. When my wife picked our daughter up, she was in tears. She begged us not to make her go to the rest of the camp. When I tried to speak to management about the issues with the camp, they were extremely unprofessional, changing their story multiple times and passed me off to different people without anyone with any actual authority ever interacting with me. There seems to be a lack of professionalism, trustworthiness and care with the company in general. This is especially disappointing since they work with kids. UPDATE: You can read in their reply that they said they would contact me to "make things right." No one has reached out. They are still going back on their promises!"
"Signed up for summer camp. However, they seemed to just play games. I asked my child on the first day what they did, my child told me most of the older boys were playing nintendo/video games, and the girls just talked amongst themselves. Most kids would start bringing their own tablet to use in the camp because they appeared bored. I was not comfortable letting my child bring a tablet. I saw multiple kids appearing to take a nap, while they were waiting to start (almost 30 minutes past the scheduled start time). I was paying for a 3 hour summer camp for my child to learn how to program, -I took time off work to drop and pick my child up. I wanted an educational camp, not a baby-sitter. My child has been attending multiple camps. Never once did children need to bring their own things to preoccupy their time during the camp. The facilitators provided all of the activities for the children to learn and have fun."
