"The therapist I had was great, but the customer service is terrible. When you try to schedule an appointment it takes a long time to have someone even answer the phone, and when you try to call billing for questions about a bill you could be on hold for over 30+ min waiting for an answer, sometimes you may not receive and answer no matter how long you wait. I’ve received bills multiple times when I’ve already paid them as well but yet no one has an answer as to why? When I try to login to my account it says I don’t have one but yet I receive constant emails and texts to pay my bill, and I’ve used my account before to login for my virtual appointment so it’s extremely frustrating."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment with the front desk twice. Twice I was given the wrong date and time. Now I have a balance on my account to pay because I missed an appointment. Yall don't care about helping me you care about getting money. Ridiculous. Don't go here. They'll put you on meds they guess will help you and when you ask for help you will be ignored. You will be treated rudely by the front desk staff on the phone trying to make an appointment. I'm so disappointed."
