"Love this location very friendly and helpful!! From the front desk staff Kim is the absolute best very helpful and quick with anything needed!! We see Dr. Kitchens and she is great with my kids listens to everything in detail and asks plenty of questions."
"TW: MEDICAL ABUSE Two stars because Dr. Kitchens, Dr. Johnson, and NP Dakota and Nurse Leah are the only people in this building that I have had consistently positive interactions with. Their Medical Assistant Kiera has treated us terribly since my daughters diagnoses as Failure to Thrive. She argued with me about methodology for weighing my daughter after the Pediatric Specialist we see sent a message to this clinic specifically requesting that my daughter be weighed in a consistent manor. At that very same visit, she shoved half of the thermometer probe into my daughter’s rectum, at least 1 inch further than is common practice. She was twisting it vigorously and I felt as though I was watching my infant daughter be ASSAULTED. I tried discussing it with office staff that same day and was ignored. Skip forward a month or so to the next time we’re in clinic and she is rude and disrespectful. She refuses to make eye contact, mumbles, and refuses to help us while we wait at the front desk. She is constantly on her phone talking about her personal issues and scrolling Facebook while patients sit and wait for help. If I’ve been in your clinic for over 2 hours, I don’t particularly want to hear your office staff gabbing it up and sounding like they’re having a party. You can’t tell me you’re constantly running behind on one hand and then sit around not working with the other. She has pretended to be coming to help us then walked into a separate office space phone in hand to gossip, leaving us standing there like fools after promising to return with what was needed. She has outright refused to assist us on multiple occasions and LAUGHED at me when she saw me come in with my husband today, whom I brought because she makes me wildly UNCOMFORTABLE. I’ve tried talking with her managers and all I get are half-hearted apologies, how much they would hate to lose us as patients, and that they will have someone else triage us (but we still have to interact with this woman… she makes sure of it). If my insurance didn’t make it such a process to switch providers and I didn’t love the doctors here I would be LONG gone. Thankfully we move in a few months and won’t have to worry about this. I’m sick and tired of being treated this way by someone who has been hired to help my children. We are always kind and have always been patient. I’m so fed up. You shouldn’t have to watch your back and FEAR for your children’s SAFETY in a doctors office. So I suggest you go elsewhere, and I suggest to this management team that you seriously review whether or not this staff member is a good representation of your company values."
"The CPN we saw, Dakota Tucker was AMAZING! She was very thorough, gentle and respectful during my daughter's exam. I wish the same could be said of the rest of the staff but unfortunately that is not true. The front receptionist was rude, disputed how much my co-pay was only accepting what I told her after she called another office and then was very rude and disrespectful when she took my daughter's vitals before her appointment. I understand that it was an early appointment and the medical field can be very frustrating but when a child complains that their arm hurts because the blood pressure cuff is tight "have you not had your blood pressure done before" is not an appropriate or acceptable response. As great as the main appointment was I would chose another office because of the experience with the front receptionist."
"My daughter was seen by Dr Kitchens for her first 18 months before we moved! Dr Kitchens was absolutely amazing. She is so kind, smart and respectful. She seriously listens to everything you have to say and never rushes you. She even had recommendations for me as a new mother when I voiced issues I was having! My daughter was always able to get in to be seen same day for sick visits if not by Dr Kitchens but by one of her NPs who were also great! I can't recommend this practice highly enough!"
