"I waited months to have a new patient appointment with this facility. Upon scheduling, the girls in reception assured me that once my family was established that we would be able to secure same day or next day appointments. Today my young child complains of a hurting ear and the soonest any of the doctors can see her is over 3 weeks from now. How does this make any sense? Another thing worth mentioning is the complete disregard for your time. My child and I waited in a room for two hours at CPC for our new patient visit without so much as an apology. My husband had the exact same problem with his initial visit on a completely separate day. Not impressed!"

"I got back to the room quickly and was seen by Dr. Moore quickly as well. Dr. Moore took care of all my current needs, as well was went over my past medical issues and checked up on how I was doing from previous visits. She remembers things from personal life and makes she to include that in conversation too; such good bed side manner :)"

"How do I even start about Dr. Moore?? She is my life saver, the BEST doctor I ever have since I was a kid. She is smart, friendly, empathetic, caring and you feel right away that you are in absolutely great hands. She welcome her patients with her sweet smile and is always willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Because I love Dr Moore, I switched both of my boys to her (since she is a family practice Dr.), my mom & my sister and of course my husband to one of her colleagues.
