"I had a great experience with this company, as my mom had things ordered and after delivery she realized a few changes needed to be made. When I called customer service, they were very courteous, understanding, and willing to help get her taken care of. They were able to fix the issue in a very timely manner and I am grateful and appreciative of them for their help. I highly recommend!"

"I need a service call because my Trilogy is not working properly. Goin to be out of town and need it working while gone, but no, come in when you get back. I have trouble breathing with it not working properly. Not happy with Nat at all. She got mad because l mis understood her about something so now all the issues are my fault.
