"Dr.Cook and his staff are very personable, always welcoming, and very efficient in their interactions with patients. I have only waited a very few minutes each time, but that's because I try to arrive a little early so as not to delay appointments. Dr. Cook is very focused on patients' needs and progress since their last appt., and he does not delay in addressing their current needs. He is very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and an obvious "take care of business" type of doctor. Wonderful practice!!"
