"Wrong hours online. And on the door. Never open when they say. Brutal with shots. My kids have stayed swollen for days after visits here. Have to fill paper work out every visit. I guess they don't keep it on file. Booking 6 month shots at 9-10 months old. Always late with everything. Pushing to sue. Dealt with it 4 years. Planning to sue now."

"Book appointments when they are closed or out to lunch. Hours are wrong on the website. Nurses treat the patients like they just a regular nine to five job. 4 times they have just jabbed needles in my kids on the wrong dates. They have Given them shots without permission. Given them shots months after they were supposed to have them. This is like the gas station of Doctors. Not recommended. Getting lawyers and working too sue as we speak."

"BEST PLACE IN NEWBERRY FOR CHILDREN! My son has always been terrified of the doctors office due to past rude and uncompassionate providers. My son now RUNS to the door of Pediatrics of Newberry, and he loves the whole staff. Their only focous is the health, happiness, and comfort of your child. I am so beyond thankful that we transferred my son over here, he will never fear going to the doctor again, and we will always be heard and validated. Thank you for all you do for these sweet children in our county!"

"Be aware of this place is very racist they do not like Hispanic woman my last three visits I have been an hour in advance yet I don't get the first come first serve rules that apply to the white woman it is unacceptable that my level of charisma is delaying my child's care as of now I have no choice but to keep on going here but today was my last visit after an hour and 45 minutes waiting I walked away and I stayed it to the front desk that I was leaving they looked at me and kept typing their computers they didn't worry about my child's well-being or showed any concern for my emotions or my time wasted however the white woman who walked in for a regular checkup was seen before me and my baby has a fever of 102° they take very long time to send the medications they do not follow up and I have been there enough times to know it is because I'm Hispanic . Perhaps they should train their personal about culture awareness and inclusive behaviors. Long waits poo curstomers service skillls and very rude cold staff particularly the receptionist. They lack empathy and it best to walk in with lunch for the reception so you can ve seen on time."
