"The employees at front desk are the worst I have ever dealt with. Good luck trying to get copies of your medical records. After having her baby, my daughter had to wait several hours to get released because staff at this practice refused to release her prenatal records. Hospital refused to let her go until they had her records. I don't blame hospital, I blame doctor's office who kept Insisting they sent but didnt. They didn't even look into it to see why hospital hadn't received it. They didn't need to because they had done nothing. Finally, the nurse went over and got rhem. If not for her actions, my daughter and grandson would still be there, 2 years later. Trying to get my grandson's shot records is a bigger nightmare. Those front office clerks have stories to tell to explain their inaction. It is everyone's fault but theirs. Each story contradicts previous stories. The front office clerks are lazy and stupid. If you insist on telling stories, at least keep them consistent."
