"just now NEW Brenda the receptionist - she was very rude- when I made the appointment and when I came for my appointment. Not helpful- told me several times " I'm not a nurse" which obviously I knew . She then should be helpful and find out and help me with my concerns. I felt as if she just wanted me to leave her window and she wasn't willing to help me any further. Terrible communication skills . A patient should never feel as if they are a bother and I did !!! The PA I saw, ,Ashley, was excellent!!! It's a shame my visit was ruined at your front desk by Brenda. She is often a patients first communication with your office. Please get her some training in her interactions with patients. We are her lively hood and should be treated with respect. Told to be at appointment at 2 :15 (early) the first words out her mouth was " thought you'd be here earlier" ......I was there at 2:11... she was just awfully rude ."

"In January 2022 I made an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Sharp. In the meantime I was diagnosed as a diabetic. My cardiologist suggested that I go ahead and see someone at this facility to get started on medication for my diabetes. My appointment with Dr. Sharp was not until today July 20@10:00 am. When I arrived to sign in for my appointment, the young girl at the desk was on her cell phone and ignored me until I spoke. Then she proceeds to tell me that my appointment had been canceled. Nobody told me. Another lady came and explained to me that the appointment had been canceled as a new patient appointment because I had already seen Jeremy Neil. So all of my arrangements for the day were of no consequence. They said I could see him on Monday at 11 AM and that I should take that appointment because he rarely had any openings. She was rude and loud. My inclination was to find somewhere else to go. I’ve called over there several times and they never answer the phone. She said if I don’t call and cancel the appointment, then I will be charged for it. I had to walk out of there before I went to jail. I don’t know when I have been so provoked and angry! Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to go."
