"Front desk receptionist is very rude. When they called me to schedule the appointment, I was told that only one parent and patient was allowed. Well, I am a very busy mom, always running around to get my daily to do list done. Long story short, I forgot and I had my 2 younger kids with me. I asked if she could please check us in, and I would have my mom pick them up. She lives literally 2 minutes away. The receptionist said, Well, I cannot check you guys in, until that (as she pointed to my babies) is resolved. First of all my kids are not "THAT" , and I understand I made a mistake, but do not be rude. There are nicer ways to talk to a person. I dont need your service, if you greet patients that way, I rather not find out the rest."

"I had an appointment for 1:00pm on a Monday. I was 5 min early. Waited in lobby for 55 min for x-rays, 10 min in lobby again. Was put in room by a nurse who said not a word to me but my name. I was in the treatment room for 10 min more. I was freezing. I left the room, the nurses desk being right there. I could hear all of them. Approximately 12 nurses and one man in scrubs were leaning, gossiping and laughing. I told them " I am cold, hungry and tired. Bill me, don't bill me I've had enough I'm leaving. There was shocked silence as I left. I thoroughly enjoyed telling them off, was so glad I They weren't overbooked but lazy and rude!"

"Maps took me to the back side of the building which you could enter and get on the elevators to 1st floor which takes you right to it"
