"Gail and Ms. Klimbal go above and beyond to make sure their patients get proper treatment for their mental health needs. Any time I've called the office. They picked up promptly. Whenever I have contacted them on my chart. They respond quickly. I have psychiatric issues that require medicine. I've never felt ashamed or unwanted in their office and that means a lot. The only negative I can say. Is they have about a 2 month waiting list at this moment. I wish it wasn't true but there seems to be a lack of good psychiatrists in our area. I recommend them if you can get it in."
"Stay far away from this place. Not sure what is going on but they never have providers, always cancel, and leave you with no meds telling you to just go to the er if you think your going to have withdraws ( like everyone has 5 hours in their day to just go sit in the disgusting er). I haven’t even been going there a year and am on to provider three yup 3!!!!!! And am all out of meds!! Good luck people."
"My dr left and they stopped my medicine cold turkey saying there are no side effects to it, will not refill any prescriptions or return any calls"
"I saw Jared Atkinson in December. I was in a mental health crisis caretaking for my grandparents. I was depressed and suicidal and needed help badly as I could not go to the emergency room for psych care as that would have removed me from my caretaking role for multiple days. Jared was very belittling to me and dismissed my symptoms entirely. Offered lifestyle changes (Cool! Google could have told me those, but I am in a psychiatrist office). As a 23 year old female, I am used to struggling with being taken seriously by medical professionals, but this was worse than anything I have experienced before. Jared did not seem to think anything I was experiencing an emergency (I was suicidal), was combative in conversation, and distrustful of my own description of my symptoms, and remained this way during the entire appointment. I left the appointment crying my eyes out because I thought I was going to get help and I was only treated with suspicion and condescension. I don’t want to say he’s misogynist but if you are a younger woman I would not recommend Dr. Atkinson, maybe if I was older or male he would have actually listened to me. I was not going to leave a review, but after this discussing my experience with others I realize what happened to me was not okay, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the experience I went through. Clinicians (ESPECIALLY PSYCHIATRISTS) should treat everyone with respect regardless of age, gender, or race and I definitely felt discriminated against and dismissed because of my age and gender."
