"Good, but be warned! I went to this office to look into drowsiness issue I was dealing with. The several times I have been there, my wait has not been long and the staff has been kind and efficient. They return messages quickly when they are sent online through their Athena Health Portal. I met with NP Elizabeth Everette. She listened well and recommended a sleep study. I had the sleep study and then received a bill from the sleep study clinic for over $13,000. Later I want back to see NP Elizabeth Everette and suggested that in the future if she recommends a test to someone, she give them a heads up that it can be costly. She disagreed and made it clear that warning about a test’s cost (a test that cost more than surgery) is not her job and she has no plans to warn patients in the future. Had I known about the expense, I would have never had the test, or maybe I would have planned the timing of it so we could be prepared to pay our deductible and maximum out of pocket. On a later visit, I asked her if she had considered giving patients a warning so they are not caught off guard and she was very firm in her position that she would not do that. It is not her job to give a heads up that a test she is ordering is very expensive. Her care is good and she is kind, but I found this approach to lack compassion and a holistic approach to patient care and basic consideration of a patient’s financial well being and opportunity to plan for expenses."

"This office used to be great before Dr Gregory Feldman retired, ever since he retired this place has gone down hill. I can never get through to speak to someone. I'm waiting WEEKS to months for a call back. Tell me WHY a Dr's nurse is making and setting appointments? I shouldn't have to randomly pop up in hopes of getting ahold of someone. I miss Dr Feldman and the way this office was before he retired. This facility has gone so far down. Every time im there, there is nearly a entire new staff. Before it was the same.people who were there everyday for many many years."

"Do not see NP Brandi Howard! She berated and yelled at my 91 year old great-grandmother for being late to her appointment and made my great-grandmother cry from being upset. My grandmother even called and left a message saying she would be late due to traffic but no one in the office reviewed the voicemail. I called and spoke with the office manager, Jessica, and she offered an insufficient apology. Jessica said that she spoke with the NP about why my grandmother was late but didn't talk to the NP about her over-the-top behavior and berating of a patient. This office may be losing a loyal patient of 7+ years over how ineptly this situation was handled."
