"Dr.Dia is extremely rude and seen me all of less than 5mins and that’s a stretch and she tries to tell me what I don’t and do have within that small timeframe when I’ve already had a more than competent doctor confirm my diagnosis it was just unfortunate that she had to move.. I do not recommend anyone see this doctor or else you will be dismissed of anything you feel or what other doctors have said.. apparently she thinks we should all be per textbook but thats not how life works.. stay away!!!!!!!"
"I rarely use my real name when engaging online but the level of service is excellent and I feel very comfortable disclosing who I am. My name is Paige Gosnell, I've gone here twice so far. I have a previous diagnosis of SLE lupus. I was assigned Sunita Dia, MD and she was excellent. She was polite and listened to my laundry list of concerns. She was very informative in a way that made sense. She didn't try to confuse me or flex her degree by using terminology or explanations that would have made no sense to someone without a medical background or education. I have historically felt like doctors would diminish my concerns or treat me as if I didn't know my own body. That was not the case here. Today, I had to go in for some blood work and labs. I did not see the doctor. I'm not sure what the title is of the polite woman who took my blood, I assume a nurse but her name was Riasa. She was caring and so thoughtful. She obviously was very skilled and knowledgeable as well. I'm unsure of the receptionist's official title. Her name was Kenuatta and she was friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to converse with. I had a few questions for a variety of things, IE. billing, policy, and needed to do an information request to a previous physician. She answered all of them, assisted me with the form, and provided exemplary customer service."
"Got a referral approved and a voicemail from them. Great! I have been trying to call them for a whole week and cannot get anyone to answer the phone."
