"Daughter got sick over weekend and woke up extremely worse on a Monday morning. I had an appointment at 4:15pm on that Monday afternoon as well. I called to cancel my appointment at 8:55am that morning as soon as I got off the phone with my daughter's doctor because only appointment her doctor had available to see her was at 3:30pm Monday afternoon that day. THEY STILL CHARGED me ! ! ! ! ! This is NOT something that could have been avoided. VERY WRONG & VERY POOR Business ! ! ! ! I was not cancelling for an invalid reason. I have also never gotten a detailed receipt for all my visits so I could turn into my FSI Account team in order to substantiate my payments. Very good therapist, however the business part of this place is extremely poor."

"A good place for therapy. I have been several times for various reasons. Well organized and friendly now; but in the past, the male in charge at Rt. 29 location refused to address me by my title, "doctor". I doubt he would ever have done this to a male with the same degree of education. The massage therapist working on her advanced degree is wonderful and very intelligent."
