"Duane was great. I would go back and even entertain a membership, except when you pay for an hour massage, you get 45 minutes. My massage was 12-1. We ended at 12:45 and they kept the “session” going, likely so it records as a hour despite being 45 min. That’s not cool."

"Went for a couples massage in the evening, first mistake. I guess for a good experience you need to make a morning appointment, the life had definitely been drained from the atmosphere. My therapist was not welcoming, and just seemed to be counting down the minutes to leave. My husband’s therapist did great , and she was friendly. We were shorted 10 minutes from our massage as well. We will stick to Woodhouse!"
