"I have been a patient for years. Today I waited an hour to be seen. I asked the unfriendly woman at the front desk after 45 minutes and she said they were were behind. At the one hour mark I asked again why everyone that came in after me had been seen, but I had not. When I was the only patient left I asked a nurse and she said they were waiting for a room to be cleaned. No one seemed to care about me. I had been a patient there for many years, but I will never go back. You should find someone else too."

"Dr. Gaines was EXTREMELY thorough, very professional and easy to talk to about tough topics. Whether it’s protocol or not, I found it very comforting that he added a female to the room for examinations. He asked me if I had any questions at the end and I left there with no questions as he explained every detail perfectly. He made sure that no stone was left unturned and addressed all issues and then some just to be safe! Very comforting that he looked at me as a whole person and not just the medical issue. Would 100% recommend to anyone."
