"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Honestly worst experience ever. I started coming here last year and chose dr young as a recommendation from a friend. I liked her at first and at the end of it she couldn’t do anything else for me which I understood some places could only do so much and don’t have all the equipment. She referred me to a specialist which was good. Well now a year later I came back because I had a weird period and suspected it was a miscarriage. I tried to call the next day after it all happened and was told they could see me a week out so I sent her a message just to confirm it was ok to wait as long and she said it was fine to just monitor bleeding. Just to be told at the visit that there wasn’t anything they could do to confirm what it was because now it was too late. She had me do a urine test but after 6 days anyone with a brain could’ve told me it was going to be negative. I asked for a blood test and she proceeded to say “I’d bet money that it’s going to be negative” mind you I hadn’t even showed her a picture I had and once she saw it she offered a blood test and ultrasound. But at that point she had already made me feel like it didn’t matter and as if it was nothing. I wish I had never gone it only made me feel worse. I’m 26 years old I’ve been having a period since I was 10 years old if it was something I felt like was normal I would’ve never even made an appointment. She didn’t ask about any symptoms , the timeline of anything, How it happened just nothing. I don’t like to write reviews on anything or let anyone know my personal business but this made me feel so bad today and I just want to let other ladies know they don’t care about you at all."

Dr. Allen is absolutely incredible- she gets to the point while still making you feel cared about and more than just another patient. She’s so informative while still being personable. All the staff that I’ve encountered there are so kind, compassionate and thorough. I’ve been going here for nearly ten years and I hope to do so for many more!"

"I love SPOB! In 2019 I went here when I was pregnant with my son, everyone was very nice. I was nervous with me only being 19 I would have been judged, thankfully that was not the case! I just had my second baby and my prenatal care was great once again. Every doctor was very kind and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Also Dr. Allen delivered my first and second baby! So awesome."
