"Dishonest. After my first two visits with this practice, I reviewed the physician's notes on my file. There were MULTIPLE and significant inaccuracies. The notes indicated I complained of several issues that were never even discussed. The NP indicated I declined certain tests that were never offered. However, several tests were ordered and conducted, largely based on these "complaints" for conditions I never mentioned. Use caution when dealing with these people."
"Don't bother at all. Wasted two months of my time. Filled out a new patient form, was told I would be contacted in 4 to 6 weeks, called 6 weeks later and they said 2 more. Called again and was told they wouldn't take me as a patient. Asked why and they refused to answer, asked if they were going to even contact me and they refused to answer. Left a voice mail and an extremely rude office manager said they rarely take patients at all (something they lied about) said they if they didn't contact me in 3 weeks I should've "taken a hint" another thing that they lied about by the way. I wouldn't bother even talking to anyone. It is clear they have no desire to do their jobs as they act like it's such a bother to answer phones and they will just plain lie to make it seem like they aren't extremely unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all cost uf you'd actually like health care or being treated like a person and not just a bother."
"Being a new patient and having difficulty finding a physician in a new area, I am extremely pleased in the quality and compassion of Dr. Wiley and his staff. He listened to my concerns, answered questions and I left knowing I was going to get the highest care. Thank you Dr Wiley and staff!!"
"Been going there for 40 years. Excellent care So thankful for them. They are very caring and kind. Love the pharmacy there also."
"I hate leaving negative reviews but it’s actually impressive how bad my experience has been here. Portal set up: I asked for assistance with my portal because I needed to pay a bill. I tried calling several times but didn’t get through. When I mentioned this at my next appointment, they said it was because I didn’t have my email on file. I gently reminded them I had to email my forms, so they must have my email on file somewhere. She insisted they did not. Leaving my last appointment, I asked that they call me to schedule my next appointment so we could find something that works with my schedule and my doctor’s. Not 5 minutes later, I got a text confirming my next appointment for a day and time that does not work for me. I never got a call. Out of 7 months, I think my prescription refill was done correctly once… MAYBE. During my last visit they assured me things were back on track but 2 weeks later I still didn’t have my medication. When I called, they promised to call me back with an update but never did. When I called again, Tammy got on the phone and told me I was mistaken. After reminding her what we had agreed upon, she stated that I was supposed to remind her to do the refill! It’s wild to be that she implied it’s my fault. They clearly didn’t read the notes in my file. After my last appointment I called a different PCP - a nurse picked up in no time, worked with my schedule, and had me booked in 5 minutes. Much easier than anything I experienced at Family Physicians. If anyone from management is reading this - your patients should not have to call repeatedly to get an appointment booked or a refill sent in. Your patients should not be blamed for your organization’s shortcomings. It should not be this difficult to get a patient portal set up, a refill done properly, or an appointment scheduled at a time that works for the patient."
