"I got there at 7:45 to take a quick drug screen or so I thought. They open at 8 they didn’t unlock the doors until 8:10 and then proceeded to take 45 minutes to see me. Then after taking that long and peeing in the cup she tells me oops sorry I just realized this is the wrong cup. Super unprofessional and takes forever for no reason. Like it’s taking a piss in a cup shouldn’t take 45 minutes to see me."

"I went in with an elbow injury resulting from a fall on concrete. Both the nurse and physician discussed my "shoulder" injury. The physician treated me for a shoulder injury. I relayed to both of them multiple times that my shoulder wasn't hurting, only my elbow. No x rays were taken, and I was in serious pain. However, they sure were eager to take my money. Poor quality care is an understatement. The public has entrusted medical providers to be advocates for the sick and injured. Sadly, these "professionals" are missing the mark. I would recommend that anyone seeking competent immediate care in the area to steer clear of this location."

"The nurses were super sweet and actually cared about helping me get better. They worked really fast and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office."

"So I took off 2 stars because of the front desk service, April. She wouldn't listen to me about my insurance. It is a bit of a headache to handle, and I understand that it was almost time for her to get off work, but I had to pay an unnecessary copay. It's not about the money but the principle of the situation. She didn't listen, didn't want to hear it, or try to solve the problem. My daughter was quite offended by her as well because she shoved the clipboard at her to fill out. Maybe she had a bad day but either way, this is urgent care, a place where people typically come AFTER their long day of work to deal with illness. A little extra compassion goes a long way. On the flip side, Shanee (not sure on the spelling) and Micheal Black were awesome. They took care of our needs and listened. It didn't take long once we were with them and received a solution quickly. Everyone may not have this experience, but this was ours. Overall, I'm glad we came and got what we needed."
