"I've called so many times and no one has ever picked up the phone and I've waited for 30 minutes each time"
"Don’t bother here, go to the Doctor’s Care across the street. The copay is cheaper and they actually care about their patients."
"My medical problem was neither addressed nor resolved. No medicine was prescribed. No OTC medicine was suggested. I was told to go to Urgent Care if I wasn't better in a day or two. I left feeling my visit was a waste of time and money. Also, my height was recorded incorrectly, and my problem is entered wrong in my account. Two stars because the facility was clean and I was seen at my appointment time."
"I have had good experiences here in the past with professional, kind people. However, the one blonde woman on my recent visit was rude, condescending, and not helpful. I wonder why she’s in this profession if she doesn’t show basic human decency towards others, much less providing healthcare. I will not be returning."
"The PA was extremely unprofessional. She did not do a thorough evaluation of my daughter, did not listen to me at all. She deemed her symptoms "viral" even though 2 of the household members had been diagnosed with bacterial infections and had been started on antibiotics. She told me that my primary care physician "shouldn't be prescribing antibiotics" and " that is the incorrect treatment." She is completely incompetent. Now my daughter continues to worsen and I have to take her to another provider that will actually treat her. This person should not be practicing medicine."
