"Was left hanging by a big box store on a very high end dishwasher. Found the Nest on google maps, called and met Graham. I found Graham had a deep understanding of appliance technology. He recommended a much better alternative to what I was originally looking at. I went for a visit and was impressed with the showroom and quality of products on display. Graham walked me through all the options and made it easy for me to make a decision. I did a special order on a new machine and it arrived within a weeks time. The installers came with the new machine, and I was just as impressed with the installers as I was with Graham. They took the time to carefully remove the old machine, clean the surrounding area and patiently install the new machine. They treated my home as if it was theirs. Super happy with the upgrade and experience. I'll be going back to the Nest for future projects. After this experience I will only buy major appliances from locally owned business. Don't waste your time and money on big box stores."
