"Lovely institution for learning Indian Dance and Music. I (Mom) attended classes as a well as my preschooler. They have lots of experienced and seasoned teachers covering different dance and music forms, and age groups. There are dedicated teachers for specific age groups as well as for adults. Patience, kind and gentle with kids, to get them involved, develop their interest. Our child not only developed, learned and grew during the last academic year, he also looks forward to the enriching teacher and peer environment created. Would rate more than 5 stars because teachers and owner (Ms Jyoti) exude their art, skills, and heritage and it’s a great opportunity for us to keep connected and grow in our culture, or those interested in Indian dance/music - as we have seen adults and kids both American and other backgrounds feeling integrated and excited to attend. We will certainly be attending for the long term. Great location, has few studios operating in parallel and nice ambience - good learning environment. Also plenty parking space."

"My 9yo daughter and I have been continuing dance students (Katthak and Bollywood) at the Taal studio since September 2022. Jyoti, the owner of the studio, herself a classical Katthak dancer is not only a warm, welcoming and a knowledgeable dance teacher but also a humble human being. The studio offers a variety of Bollywood styles of dancing through a repertoire of teachers with different skills. This helps students explore their strengths and likes over a period of time, especially through the stage performances that Jyoti highly encourages. The biggest highlight of the studio is however the katthak levels taught by Jyoti herself mostly in its entirety. The choice of music, songs, rhythm, costumes for katthak performers is classy and flawless all tied into mesmerizing story telling- which is the true foundation of Katthak, something that Jyoti ingrains into her students from day one. Simply put, her teaching is elegant and persevered! Recommend to anyone looking for classical dancing and fun alike!"
