Lovely girl tech, but technique was utterly ghastly! The student training is obviously sub-par as she was about to graduate. I really wanted to love this place."

"So my review may be conflicting as my service and cut was lovely. My hair looks so good! The student was the sweetest and was very thorough. My friend on the other hand had an awful experience. As you can see the picture she had is nothing like the result. Her poor hair is so damaged that it is breaking and falling out. The cut is uneven and looks quite like she hacked into it herself. She walked out after FIVE hours with her hair in the worst shape. Honestly it seemed like the instructor was just ready to leave and said nothing of how bad her hair looked."
