"Worst customer service from Sam, he spoke to us like we weren't worth his time since we came in with a coupon and even though it did not have any expiration date he would not honor. Basically told us that he didn't care what the coupon said he wouldn't do it even though we were sent their from another store and the employee called over to his store to make sure they could do the quart size the coupon said."

"Absolutely horrid customer service I experienced today at the Woodruff rd location. The first worker to help us was extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. Shrugged his shoulders at us, gave rudimentary advice, and answered a genuine question with, "I don't know." We noticed later he was wearing earbuds on the job, as well. If you don't want to be professional and kind to your customers, seek other employment. The only saving grace from walking out was the other coworker repairing the trainwreck customer service behind him. Will never be going back to this location."
