The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and preferences. They do offer installation too, although we are installers, so we did not require this specific service. The floor we chose is a wide plank (natural color) and it looks awesome. I will be posting photos once installed. Their products seem to be durable and high-quality, but also the customer service is important to us, and I have to say they were very patient as we went back and forth with the choice of flooring. We worked with Tim, but all of the guys there are very helpful and accommodating. If you're in need of any flooring, give them a try."
