"A sales person grabbed a pair of shoes out of my partners hands after asking if she was purchasing them. My partner hadn’t decided yet if she wanted them, the sales person responded by telling her they were not for sale when they were on the floor with a tag on them. The way they took them away from her felt like they were accusing her of stealing which was so weird and created such an awkward experience for everyone who was there. They have lost 4 customers in one fell swoop from that behavior. This business is so poorly managed."
