"I left after not being seen for hours, it became apparent to me as I listened to what was going on around me... people weren't actually seeing Dr's. They were getting diagnostics done, but nobody was treating them. People were getting pulled aside to get results. I came in for abdominal pain. Listed my pain at an 8. After I was the only one left in the ER waiting room, my spouse and I decided we should just go. About half way home I was threatened with the sherrifs office if I didn't come back and let them take out my iv. Now, I know how to remove them. But she did not care. When I went back he said they are ready for you in CT? Who ordered me a CT? I hadn't spoken to a dr. I hadn't given my medical history to anyone. The way they do things here is dangerous. To save my own life. I went elsewhere. Now watch them copy/ paste the same thing they do to everyone else in a reply. That's the same level of care you get in the ER."

"I had my child here and have been many times here of course it can be very busy and packed. The members of staff here are very helpful and friendly super professional and care about making sure you’re treated appropriately and correctly. Thank you for always going above and beyond for my family."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mom was on the 4th floor and it was the sorriest staff I have ever seen. We couldn’t wait to get my mom the hell out of there. They had the audacity to sit at the nurses desk laughing calling her crazy because she kept pressing the nurses button because she was in pain left alone in the bathroom. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up with a lawsuit from somebody. They were all unfriendly, incompetent, and have no business working in the medical field. We’ve been to many hospitals because of my papa and that’s the worst I’ve ever seen! There’s so much more we saw. Not changing sheets, not showering patients, not feeding patients. One woman who was very rough with my mom taking blood to where bruises were left. We got her out as soon as we could. Don’t take your family here. The drs were very helpful and thorough and it’s ashame that their staff is so incompetent. But we will never be back!"

"I would never recommend this hospital to anyone I love. I was still in pain and feeling the same way I came to the emergency and I had received my CT Scan Report and I had a question that was on there stated I have no Kidney Stones and I was scheduled for surgery on December 5, 2023, I wanted to know if that was accurate? and my blood pressure was still very high according to my RN! I wanted to know if they could could prescribe the blood pressure medicine, and a full copy of the CT scan for the doctor follow up. Immediately Kimberly W AKA Head Nurse she advised me the Doctor was not coming back after waiting for almost an hour with my toddler there with me, and Kimberly W. tells me the Doctor not available and they don’t fix people and they only stabilizer you and send you on your way rudely. Tells me she is the head nurse of the hospital that’s beyond unprofessional and beyond rude obnoxious. That’s terrifying to have someone like that in leadership."

"We brought my Mom in for Stroke symptoms. She never saw a neurologist. She was disoriented and having hallucinations. The did bloodwork and prescribed her a blood thinner and allowed her to go home. They told her to schedule a MRI because they couldn’t get to one that day. I myself have had a stroke and a TIA. I went to AU and was rushed through a whole battery of tests and kept for a couple of days with follow ups by neurologist. They just left her hanging. Doctors may be good on burn/wound care and delivery of babies but otherwise I wouldn’t take my Dog there. I’ve had so many friends and family members die when brought in for serious things."
