"Employees act like you’re bothering them and don’t want to help or answer questions. They just left me to figure it out myself. I don’t know how they think they’re going to earn people’s business when they pick and choose which client they feel like helping."

"Horrible service. Hubby and I have a big home project. so we decided to try this place out before going for the big chain companies. The moment we walked in, the lady assisting there just right now was very cut and dry and was not willing to respond our questions or just answering the bare minimum and just pointing to where an item was. We asked her what material was a specific item and she just said "Oh I don't know..this is new stuff". We had to ask her to find out for us what it was. Her demeanor changed completely when caucasian customers came in. She was very nice to them and asking them questions trying to help the best she can. Never going back to this place."
