"This place has affordable quality tools and the staff is super nice. However, I've been a technician for years and I buy tools with warranty because I don't like having to spend money to buy the same tools time and time again as they break or where. So I stay clear of cheap tools. Every single time I have had a tool break and take it into this place for a warranty there is some elaborate story on why they won't replace it. I then find a tool truck or another store and it's warrantied and replaced with no questions. That's why I would recommend spending your money else where and not here. It's not because of there prices or staff it's service after the sell. It's terrible here. Sorry to leave this review but it's true. Thanks"

"I looked all over for a#4 philips bit harbor freight had one in a set but it shattered soon. Tool shed had a Lisle bit that is working still got a Norton cutoff wheel too. These good tools will save a lot of trips to replace cheap tools"
