"Went in to check out a guitar advertised online. Friendly staff member greeted me immediately and set me up with the guitar and an amp for tryout. Guitar was just as advertised and I bought it after 20 minutes of playing it in the store. Been trouble free ever since. A perfect experience. This was my first Ibanez guitar, and couldn't be happier with it"
"Bought my son his first beautiful guitar there. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They treated my son so well. Great selection of instruments and extremely knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend."
"Bought a Yamaha keyboard that they shipped across country for me. Got a great deal, the keyboard came exactly as described, Matt was excellent to do business with! Thanks GF"
"Wonderful lay-out. Great people with service to match. Very good deals on used musical instruments."
"Great shop to do business with, especially online or over the phone. Ordered a Jazzmaster here after another Reverb seller jerked me around and I had to cancel the order. They got me a Jazzmaster in about 4 days to my door, unfortunately Fender QC was severely off this time (the neck pickup wasn't even screwed on). The guitar had a lot of small issues that needed fixing, mostly a poor buffing job that left scratches all over the body. Guitar Factory offered to do a replacement immediately but I wanted to try to get it fixed as, otherwise, it was a good guitar although not perfect. Matt, btw the one who has helped me all along the way, found a Fender repair shop in my area. After Fender never responded to a warranty repair request, Matt set me up with an exchange which I received today. Matt always communicated well and promptly and kept me up to date on everything. It made an otherwise bad experience due to Fender's issues. I now have a much higher quality guitar due to them just making sure everything was done right. Thanks"
