"This rating is only for Dr. Margaret Curran. Whom I was forbidden to see today 12/6/2023 because my appointment was at 8:00 and I arrive late 8:06 and the absolute hateful receptionist, told my son that their policy had changed from being 15 minutes late to 5 minutes late and since it was 8:06 she was going to reschedule my appointment for another month. And Yes my son became furious. He did raise his voice and she then threatened to call security on him. I have many medical conditions and you are more than welcome to look at mychart online and see everything and every doctor that I have to go to.. This was absolutely avoidable and unacceptable. And then to have another receptionist or whoever she was come out there and try to explain the policy and justify it telling us that if they allowed me to be seen that I would take up another patient spot when there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. This was ridiculous. I know I'm only one person but I expect more from my physicians. I come to North Grove on a monthly basis. I have wonderful Doctors.. Dr. Fowler, Dr. Katie, Dr. Denicola, Dr. Kana and Dr Boscia. I will not be adding Dr. Margaret C to that list. I refuse to ever step foot back in those offices. To refuse to see a patient because they are only one minute past a deadline is not just ridiculous but unacceptable."
