"I enjoy shopping at Belk but it is always SO frustrating to find an employee to ask a simple question, and especially a customer service station that is open for checkout. Employees aren't very friendly at the Haywood Mall location. Seem to be overstressed about their work load (which keeps them away from helping the customers. I've even noticed when I finally spot an employee on the floor and we make eye contact that they run the opposite direction and disappear. I kid you not!! I always get frustrated when it's time to check out that I talk myself out of purchasing anything because of the hide and seek and lack of customer service."

"Was shopping for a coat in boys and there were so many choices. These were just a few. Sales were great. Love this store and will be back very soon."

"Milk was well stocked for Christmas and offered plenty of seasonal items as well. The store was neat and well organized. for a time, Belk went through a very disorganized stage, but now they seem to have gotten it under control."

"Came in to do what I considered a simple return with a pair of shoes. I had what I needed. The shoe section looked overwhelmed with guest, so I walked around to find another register. When the two ladies at the women's clothing register saw I was returning shoes, they had a conversation about how they didn't really like returning shoes bc so on and so on. Made me really uncomfortable. Lucky for the employee I didn't realize there was a 30 day return policy, and she didn't have to go through with the transaction anyway."
