"Got on the wait-list on April of 2022 paid a pretty penny to get on the wait-list. I was told we'd be enrolled by October 2022 at the latest. We're still on the wait-list and 2024 is a week away. I'd be cautious trusting the wait-list process here."

"We have been with Primrose at Pelham for more than a year now and have been really thankful for the experience. We did have some issues with our child’s original teacher, but our concerns were always taken seriously and handled professionally. That teacher is no longer with the school, and our son LOVES his current teacher. We have always been treated with so much kindness and respect from the other staff members, teachers, and assistants as well. Any newly-opened school is going to have some wrinkles to iron out in the beginning in terms of staffing, resource allocation, and learning how to navigate new or difficult situations… that is just part of the process. But I truly feel like the leadership at this school has gone above and beyond to help our family several times when we’ve needed flexibility and accommodations. My son is loved and well cared for there, and we’ve had a really great experience overall. Edited to add: We now have two children at this school, and we continue to be blown away by the care they both receive. The teachers and staff members are knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and responsive. They are very invested in the kids and take the time to get to know them. The facility is always clean and the building and equipment is high quality and well maintained. I’m very thankful for the level of concern and effort given to cleanliness and infection control, especially during peak illness seasons. I’m honestly VERY picky about child care, and I don’t think we could ask for a better center-based experience. We love this school!"

"Primrose at Pelham is top notch! My very active four year old absolutely loves going to school here and I love that he gets the perfect balance of both learning and playing every day. The staff is nurturing and caring, the facility and playgrounds are clean and beautiful, and the chef makes amazing meals! I enjoy getting pictures and updates about what my child is doing throughout the day and having the ability to communicate with his teachers through the school app. I just can’t say enough about how much we love this place!"
