"Extremely nice people and fast, caring service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was seen within minutes of registration. I did not have an appointment and was sent with orders by my doctor, so I assumed it would take a while, but it didn’t! COVID protocols were in place, seating was spaced out, and masks were required. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the x-ray technician was patient and explained everything clearly so that I knew what was going on and what she was taking images of. Just an overall great experience, and I will definitely recommend Southside Imaging to others, and will request to go here again if I need X-rays again."

"After being taken offline, I've edited my review for accuracy. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! I was prevented from getting an x-ray or any medical care because my paperwork identified me as having a "history of COVID" which means I have had COVID in the past. I was not contagious and well outside of the Federal guidelines for quarantine but unable to receive basic medical treatment because of a term written on my paperwork. I am speechless and appalled by the level of disregard and I will NEVER allow my money to be spent at this office nor will I recommend it to anyone else. They should tell you that COVID will prevent you from getting treated up front so you don't waste your time with this place. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience."
