"Absolutely the worst place. They treat you like your specimen you want to drop off. You have to wait in line, check in and follow protocol. Get ready to be humiliated and/or ignored. Wait with your own sh...in your hand surrounded by strangers sitting next to you in a less than 100sf space...oh.... That is with an insurance that you are paying $1,200/month. Where is the compassion or being considerate to each other in this country?"

"Went in for pre-employment drug screening. They had me wait over an hour knowing I had to pee. I felt that was rude. Y'all know people are showing up to pee, let them know it'll be so long if it's such a wait!! I had to hold my pee for an hour, I was almost in tears by time I got called back. It was painful! Lack of consideration. They also had me sign their signature pad and stuff before I could wash my hands. Unsanitary and gross."

"Nurse Jessica is AWESOME! I hate needles (having blood drawn, shots, etc.) During my visit not only did her professionalism put me at ease, but her phlebotomy skills are above reproach (there was absolutely no pain during the procedure. I could only wish all my blood draws were this flawless."

"I had a nice visit here. Was seen right around my appointment time and the technician was very nice and professional. The self service sign-in kiosk is nice and a fast way to check in. I definitely recommend making an appointment if you can because you’re seen sooner than just walking in."
