"I had the most traumatizing experience with the counselor Ernestine Shields! She was very dismissive with everything I was trying to confide to her for help. This has been a few years ago and I'm still traumatizing from this experience. This was my first experience with a counselor and it was a bad traumatizing dark place for me. I stop going to counseling altogether. I wanted to take my own life at one time. I couldn't trust or talk to anyone. She would make jokes out of what I was telling her. Saying that she didn't believe that it was true. I mean it was bad!"
