"Awesome hotel. Front desk, valet, room service, they’re all super friendly. The rooms are up to date and clean. I love the black out shade and the pillows are just right!"
"Stayed at the Double Tree across the street last year, it was nice but more expensive and had less to offer vs this Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were nicer, staff was awesome, gym was small but did the job, the hotel was very esthetically pleasing to the eyes, great location, valet staff were extremely welcoming upon arrival, Dewon the Bartender kept us laughing and had the right touch with his drinks, brunch was priced very decently and was probably the best tasting breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton ever (eggs were nice and moist not over or under cooked, buffet was plentiful and hot, with many options). Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again100%!"
"The hotel is in the heart of the historic district. Our room is clean and quiet, and we're happy with our stay so far. ***However, I'm leaving this review because I want to commend Tiffany at the front desk. When we checked in after a long drive, I was in a hurry to get to our room. Tiffany overheard me telling my husband, and she quickly expedited our check-in without being asked to. I rarely see such proactive customer service, and I am impressed that Hilton has such an outstanding employee. Thank you, Tiffany!"
"Great hotel! Rooms were fantastic, front desk and valet staff were awesome. There is outside noise as you're in downtown , however, sound machines are provided in the room. You can walk to so much !"
"Located in nice location. Very noisy from Bay street traffic. Rooms were large enough and clean as we arrived. Sink was leaking water on floor which they quickly corrected. We stayed three days and learned the second day no room service was included unless requested 24 hours in advance - of which we were not informed when we checked in. They finally brought up coffee, cups, and condiments for the coffee bar. Can not understand why the hospitality geniuses can not figure out how to replace consumables and empty trash cans for guests staying more than one day. I agree linens and whole room cleaning in not a daily requirement. If booking bring your own k-cup coffee, cups and condiments and an extra trash bag."
