"The sandwich was good, not exactly like I remember as a kid but still good. The customer service was not great. The guy who took our order seemed like he didn't want to be there. Maybe he was just having a bad day."

"Found this place on a whim. Clean and friendly service. Buddy had a cheesesteak and loved it. I had the Italian Battalion and enjoyed mine. Bread was tasty and soft. Gentlemen making our sandwiches took their time making them right. Will be back."

"Today makes my second visit to this location and the bread is consistently stale. Stale bread ruins the whole sandwich. Baldinos is my favorite sub shop. I'm so disappointed."

"Meats and cheeses were good. Ordered an Italian sub, the “Baladino” way. Lady put Mayo on it and then blamed the kid who was in training. Checked the ticket, he rung it up correctly, was her fault not his. She started picking apart our sub and my husband had to ask her to make us a new one instead of taking things off of our current sub that had Mayo on it. New sub came with pickles, which we did not ask for. We simply took those off ourself. Double check your order. Restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean."

"Not a good experience for me. The guy had the top to a half sub sitting on the counter when I walked in. After he made the other 2 sandwiches before me, he cut half of the top from my bread and dressed the other half. He then put the fresh dressed half and the half that was sitting on the counter together to make my sub. I told him that I did not want it and asked him to temake it. He did and I thanked him. I was satisfied until I got back to work to eat. The meat was very thin. Normally, their subs have generous meat, not this time. The meat and cheese was so thin, I had to remove the bread bottom in order to taste any meat. That was ridiculous and made.not sense. I am not sure how they determine whst is the correct amount of meat and cheese, but there is no way thay was correct. So disappointed, I will not visit again."
