"When you call to make appointment they treat me as if I’m disturbing them, and I realize they’re working from home, also there’s a lot of feedback (not sure if it’s their children make a noise in the background or tv). One lady was very monotone and I hung up, because I almost thought she was mad at me for calling."

North Grove Medical Park contains several offices of several different specialties, from pediatrics, to dentistry, to physical therapy and more. There is plenty of parking for both the central building, and all auxiliary buildings. The staff are all superb, the grounds are very well maintained, and the services are top notch. If you have a medical need that is available from a business at North Grove, I highly recommend you visit the facility."

"I feel they only look out for themselves They don't seem to understand life goes on with you sometimes with another physical ailment.Or if you have surgery of any kind.They drop you so fast that's how much they care about their patients. Then they do not care if you get cared for or not.I'm so disappointed in the pain.management there .Would not recommend them to anyone."
