"On November 29, I received my annual mammogram. The staff was pleasant, friendly and attended to every detail. I was served by Debbie Bell and Karen Collins. The technician guided me through e dry procedure. She was patient and informative. Excellent treatment. And very fast. No waiting. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends."

"I am writing this review concerning the awareness of the customer service(s) provided at The Bearden Josey Center for Breast Health. I was escorting my finance to the breast center for additional testing from her recent yearly examination. I must say, the customer service was unexpectedly disturbing and nowhere near what one would expect to receive when coming to visit a breast center for potential life -threatening conditions. My fiancé was there for extensive examinations, so I was there for support in the lobby for approximately two hours. With that being said, I was able to witness/observe patients being checked in and leaving the center after their visit. The receptionists all had the same greeting as a patient(s) was approaching the front desk. “What is your name?” even when the patient(s) was greeting them with a "hello" as they were approaching the desk. There was no introduction nor smiles throughout the checking-in process of the patient(s), nothing to make someone who was coming for an exam for the unknown feel at ease. If one compared, one would say the DMV and the receptionist at The Bearden Josey Center for Breast Health were trained by the same outfit. I know you cannot discuss personal matter on social media and I am willing to talk you about our experience. I just could not believe that women who may possibly come to face with a life changing event like this would not be more friendlier."

"Never have I seen by a nurse who was so unprofessional. There was no beside manner and I left in tears because of the way I was talked too. When being seen here you’re already nervous and the nurse did nothing but make me feel more uncomfortable. I hope nobody ever has to experience the treatment I did at this place."
